SHIPPING POLICY

whether you buy a bike from of our stores or our website, we will build and safety check your bike. If you are buying in-store, we will also ensure the fit of the bike and any accessories are right. Whichever way you buy the bike or accessories, you will have the option of picking it up in-store or delivery.

When you place an order through the Bike Doctor website, you are given the option of home delivery or Click & Collect at checkout. We offer a free shipping within the UK option, available on any accessory orders over £20 and bikes over £1000; you can also choose our free click and collect option.
If buying in-store, you can take the bike away, or we can arrange to deliver it to you.

How long does delivery take?

it typically takes 2 to 3 working days to dispatch a bike out to you. Once the bike leaves us it will be on a next day courier service. If you live close to our store we will normally hand-deliver the bike instead. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

How we deliver your bike

If you are local to our our store, and we are hand delivering the bike, it will have been built and safety checked by our mechanics. It will come fully assembled and ready to ride with the pedals on so you are good to go.

If the bike is being delivered by a courier it will still have been built and safety checked However some basic assembly will be required.. Once you have removed it from the packaging simply follow the three-step process.

Turn the handlebars around and tighten up the bolts.
Put the pedals on. (be careful to get the right and left pedals correct as you can damage the threads)
Do a final check on brakes and a gentle run through the gears and away you go

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you've changed your mind about your purchase, our straightforward refund/ exchange policy will reassure you.
Bikes purchased through us qualify for a 14-day bike returns policy. If you change your mind within this two-week period, simply get in touch with us and we'll you organise a return. You may return a bike for a full refund or to exchange for another size.

We make all efforts to display the colors and images of products that appear on our SHOP as accurately as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
